Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy:

 

We offer shipping to UK and International addresses. Most orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked services or Parcel Force. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send your tracking number (If applicable) to the email address provided. Most orders will arrive within 3-4 working days for UK Addresses, but due to the remote location of our store, please allow extra time. (All our mail must first leave the island by plane or ferry!)

 

Some of our unique souvenir items may be dispatched direct from our supplier, so please allow upto 14 days for all order in worst case scenario. Any issues or concerns, please use the contact us form. 

 

North Ronaldsay residents should select "collection" at the checkout and either collect from the shop, or contact us to arrange free local delivery.

 

There is a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99 for all UK orders, excluding some special items which include Free shipping. 

For International Orders, a flat rate of £15.00 for shipping is charged at checkout, but if the cost of sending your order is more, then we may contact you to request payment for the difference . 

(Please note, we accept no responsibility for any customs charges or similar imposed by the destination country's relevant authorities, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.)


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
